The United Fighting Arts Federation Region 11 spring black belt test was held on April 12th, 2014, at Rine Karate Studio in Weirton, West Virginia. A total of 19 students, 18 from Rine Karate Studio and one from Van Frasher’s Champion Karate in Columbus, Ohio, tested that day.

In order to obtain a black belt in Chun Kuk Do, students must demonstrate their skills before a regional board of United Fighting Arts Federation black belts who hold the rank of 4th degree and higher. Region 11, the local region, consists of black belts and schools from northern West Virginia, Ohio and Illinois.
